MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN

Manajemen Pemasaran adalah salah satu kegiatan-kegiatan pokok yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan perusahaannya, untuk berkembang, dan untuk mendapatkan laba  yang menyangkut penganalisaan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program-program yang bertujuan menimbulkan pertukaran dengan pasar yang dituju dengan maksud untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan (Kotler, 1980).
Tiga unsur konsep pemasaran:
  1. Orientasi pada Konsumen
  2. Penyusunan kegiatan pemasaran secara integral
  3. Kepuasan Konsumen
v  MENGONTROL RENCANA PEMASARAN
 kemungkinan rencana pemasaran tidak berjalan sesusai dengan rencana awal. Contoh-contoh hal yang dapat terjadi:
1.       Pelanggan menggunakan produk untuk sesuatu yang berbeda
2.       Permintaan pasar lebih rendah dari yang diharapkan
3.       Para pesaing bisnis yang saling mendahului
4.       Biaya pemasaran lebih tinggi dari yang diharapkan
5.       Untuk mengontrol rencana pemasaran, pastikan untuk mengawasi kemajuan anda terus-menerus. Lebih tepatnya, pastikan untuk selalu periksa rencana, keuntungan, kedayagunaan, dan strategi.

Pengangguran di Indonesia, apa penyebabnya ?



Disaat jaman yang semakin lama semakin modern mengapa angka pengangguran di Indonesia semakin meningkat ?
Itulah pertanyaan yang dipertanyakan pada masyarakat indonesia! Dan Siapakah yang harus dipersalahkan atas masala ini? pemerintakah,  masyarakat, atau pelajar Indonesia yang semakin lama semakin kurang kesadarannya pada ilmu pengetauan dan berkreatif. Maka dari itu disini saya akan mencoba berpendapat dalam masalah ini.
            Kita akan membahas factor-faktor penyebab pengangguran terlebih dahulu, apakah penyebabnya, sebagai berikut :
a)    Factor pengetahuan, masalah yang didapat diindonesia adalan banyak masyarakat yang banyak kurang pengetahuannya yang disebabkan oleh factor ekonomi juga sehingga masyarakat diindonesia banyak yang tidak bisa mengikuti jaman yang semakin maju.
b)    Kurangnya kesadaran membuka lapangan kerja, masyarakat Indonesia hanya berfikir bagaimana agar mendapat pekerjaan dan mencukupi untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, dari situlah sebab dari kurangnya kesadaran membuka lapangan kerja, jika masyarakat banyak yang berfikir dan berusaha untuk membuka lapangan kerja maka diindonesia tidak akan ada peningkatan pengagguran diindonesia, dari sini pula kita harus meningkatkan ilmu kewirausaan dan ilmu manajemen yang dimana jika kita mempunyai ilmu yang cukup untuk berwirausaha dan manajemen yang baik maka akan tercipta pula lapangan kerja yang baik
c)    Penerus bangsa yang semakin lama semakin kurang kesadarannya untuk berkreasi, pada saat ini kurangnya kesadaran pada pelajar Indonesia untuk berkreasi yang diakibatkan oleh pergaulan yang tidak bagus pula yang sehingga mengakibatkan malas belajar dan mencari ilmu.
d)    Pemerintah yang kurang memperhatikan perkembangan masyarkatnya.
Dari factor diatas kesimpulannya bahwa kita harus mempunyai kesadaran menciptakan lapangan kerja bukan hanya menggantungkan pada pekerjaan yang diciptakan orang lain karena apa bila lebih banyak orang yang ingin bekerja dibanding orang yang ingin menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan maka masalah pengangguran tidak akan terselesaikan, mulailah berfikir maju untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja untuk orang lain dengan cara meningkatkan ilmu agar masyarakat Indonesia tidak nanya menggantungkan pekerjaan pada orang lain saja jika masyarakat Indonesia dan para pelajarnya meningkatkan ilmu maka akan tercipta cara berfikir yang modern,kreatif,dan inovatif serta semangat berwirausaha maka akan tercipta pula lapangan pekerjaan dan akan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia
