CHANGE THE GROUP INTO AN EFFECTIVE TEAM

      performance groups have the following characteristics: the leader of an influential and highly focused, individual accountability, objectives that are in line with the Organization's mission, the work of individuals, the most efficient meeting, the effectiveness of the individual measured against other members, and the ability to discuss and decide, delegate.
the team has the following characteristics: the role of the leader of the divided, individual and group accountability, goal-specific teams, the result of collective work, with open discussion and active problem solving, as well as doing work for real.

       the team of problem solvers who are focused in improving the activity of work or solve the problem of certain characteristics of an effective team includes clear objective, relevant skills, mutual trust, shared commitment, good communication, ability to negotiate, the appropriate leadership, as well as external and internal support
